This proposed Open Access to Health Data license has triggered other
questions.
Here is a recent article from The Baltimore Sun about the genome of a woman
who died in 1951:

By /health data/ do you include such information as a patient's genetic
code? Could your license have been applied to Henrietta Lacks' cells?
Concerns about the privacy and control over the use of such /health data/
evolve over time.... I'm trying to understand the Tidepool Open Access to
Health Data Software License in that context.
