Original and First are the same thing. It means the very first entity
that created the software for which the license was attached. We are
happy to amend the license to address this confusion if necessary.
And Previous means the last entity that the software and accompanied
license was transferred from.

I understand this can sound confusing at first. To keep things simple,
please understand there are no restrictions under this license as to how
the software can be used. However, it can not be sold. Any software or
code released under the FTL has to be free and remain free for the
entirety of which the software is released under FTL and the license is
attached to the software/source code.

In a nutshell, the license will contain a total of three entities at all
times:

  * The Original and First entity=Entity 1
  * The last entity that the software and accompanied license was
    transferred from=Entity 2
  * The current entity that has released the software/source code=Entity 3
