[License-review] MPL 2.0 released, approved as an open source license by OSI.

The Mozilla Corporation has announced the Mozilla Public License 2.0:

And the OSI has approved MPL 2.0 as an open source license:

Congratulations to Mozilla and to Luis for what I know was a long and

review the new license so thoroughly.
