Well, the OP wrote the license, so that comes to the same thing.
It has a strong copyleft (derivative works must be released under
a free license), but you can dispose of that in two steps: create
a derivative work under the BSD license, which is "free as in
freedom", and then a derivative^2 can be proprietary.  So it
needs to specify that derivative works need to remain under a
strong copyleft license.  So the drafting needs fixing.
