There are three summaries, discussing the changes in each Alpha.

http://mpl.mozilla.org/wp-content/uploads/2010/09/MPL-2-Alpha-Two-Discussion-And-Annotated-Markup.pdf

If it would be helpful for OSI, I can create a master redline from 1.1
that incorporates all changes and commentaries into a single document,
but that will be a few days.

Note that the license has gotten about 40% shorter, so it should be
easier to read and understand than prior versions.

We've gotten a lot of private feedback, which is reflected in the
various drafts, so we're not short of legal advice, generally.

However, we've received no specific commentary on OSI/OSD compliance,
aside from a single conversation very early on with the OSI board. We've
tried to reflect that conversation in the drafts, and have notified
license-discuss and the board of all previous drafts since then, but no
one from OSI or OSI's community has said "this looks OSD-compliant",
"this looks like a problem from OSI's perspective", etc. That is the
specific feedback we'd like from this group (though obviously we won't
say no to other feedback if anyone here has it :)

Hope that helps clarify-
Luis
