PostgreSQL licence - status?

Hi Russ,

I see the licence is on the list now - thanks. There are a couple of
minor issues though, if you wouldn't mind making a quick tweak:

- Please change PostGresSQL to PostgreSQL in the third sentence.

- Much as I hate to say it as a Brit, 'Licence' in the title should
probably be changed to 'License' for consistency with the rest of the
page.
