Summarizing the discussion about the "BlackBox Component Builder Open Source
License"

The "BlackBox Component Builder Open Source License" is (except punctuation,
replacement of DB-Software by Software and the Ownership) identical to the
Sleepycat License.

The only addition to the sleepy cat license ist number 4 which prohibits
promotion by owner name of derived products:

4. Neither the name of Oberon microsystems, Inc. nor the names of the
contributors to the Software may be used to endorse or promote products
derived from the Software without specific prior written permission.

The whole license can be found in the archive in my first posting
(http://crynwr.com/cgi-bin/ezmlm-cgi?17:mss:887:nlcjlommcajfndpfkoni). I
erratically attributed it as a a BSD-variant but learned until now that it is
a Sleepycat viariant.

So it should pose no problem to approve the "BlackBox Component Builder Open
Source License".

Any furthher opinions?
