For Approval 36 Open Software License Request

Sir/Mrs,

I would like to get a license approved which I will be using in the  
Open Source distribution of a currently proprietary library of me, for  
which I found no valid approved Open Source License.
The point of this license is to mix opensource with proprietary code  
in a project, so to have eg. a proprietary front end but also use a  
library which has to be distributed and redistributed with source.
As a surplus people must respect the underlying licenses gathered in a  
specific directory of the distribution and must redistribute some  
files with the distribution of the code.

36OSL could be seen as a license that is redundant with more popular  
licenses or could also be placed in the miscellaneous category.

I hope for approval and if you decide to decline my request could you  
also give specifications for eventual changes?
