Oh, sorry, I tend to ignore people who submit licenses without their
full name.  I suppose that it's possible to submit a license
anonymously, but nothing in our process says that I'm obligated to
cooperate with anonymous submissions.

I'm on a deadline right now, but in time I'll make a Trac entry.
