Folks:

Thank you all for the substantive and careful discussion of TGPPL  
v1.0 so far.  I have gotten very busy recently.  Happily, the reason  
is that the Tahoe project is gaining more and more hackers who are  
taking up my time by asking pertinent questions and contributing  
code.  Also happily, none of them have expressed hesitation to let  
their contributions be used by the public under the dual-licence  
scheme of GPL or TGPPL.

I'm now reading through fifty-six messages that were posted on this  
thread in the last four days, and I will take notes and try to write  
up a complete summary of my current understanding of the issues.  I  
may also post shorter replies to specific issues as appropriate.  I  
ask your patience in this -- it may take a few days before I've  
sufficiently understood the recent postings and written my letter.
