The OSI keeps minutes of its meetings, and it publishes such minutes after
they are reviewed and approved. The minutes can be found at
http://opensource.org/minutes . The minutes lists board members attending
the meetings, board observers, officer reports, old business, new business,
etc.
I am at a loss to explain how it is that our Secretary, Danese Cooper, has
not yet published any of the minutes from 2009, but I assure you that will
be rectified.
