And that was fairly similar to the example I was going to give, if I
cared enough to pursue the matter further with Christopher Schmidt.

Christopher and Zooko seem to think it's sufficient that the licence
mechanistically comply with the wording of OSD, devoid of context.  That
is not so, and sufficient reason has been cited (upthread) to think that
the real-world effect of the licence, as drafted, would be problematic
for various parties (not limited just to OSI, either).

I think Zooko will eventually realise that point is the one that
matters.
