Nobody suggested in the 60-day review that TGPPL is not OSD- 
conformant.  If there is any reason to doubt that it is OSD- 
conformant, please let me know right away -- I am distributing  
software that is very important to me under the TGPPL and accepting  
other people's contributions under the same terms, and I if I am  
inadvertently using a licence that is not truly open source then I  
need to know as soon as possible so that I can fix the licence.

My recent summary of my understanding of this thread also states that  
the license-discuss review indicates that TGPPL is OSD-conformant:
