Do you understand the license proliferation problem, and if so would you 
please explain it to your attorneys? This isn't a good thing for your 
company to do.

It's sort of like being a producer of pollution who asks a governing 
authority to please approve this discharge, and we'll make back to get 
your approval for another, slightly different discharge next time.
