You can't really put such a thing in a position for the user to always 
get it - but you can go one better and embed the program in the font. 
Which is another trivial license circumvention.

Rather than write shell scripts, I think it would be better to ask one 
of the volunteer counsel I know to help me make a better license. IMO 
this one is most like the original Artistic license. For an Open Source 
developer to use such a thing today just feels like a really bad idea.
