Title: European Union Public Licence version 1.1 (EUPL v1.1)
Submission of 1.0:
  http://crynwr.com/cgi-bin/ezmlm-cgi?17:mss:105:200803:kokiblmeljajbpncpbnc
Submission:
  http://crynwr.com/cgi-bin/ezmlm-cgi?17:mss:206:200805:kokiblmeljajbpncpbnc
License: In the submission
Comments: The license was re-submitted just yesterday; not enough time
has passed to get comments on the changes.
Recommend: no action

Title: CRIScript Software License, Version 1.0 (CRISSL)
Submission:
  http://crynwr.com/cgi-bin/ezmlm-cgi?17:msp:208:jdmolmeinihcnfldffhm
License: In the submission
Comments: The license was submitted just yesterday; not enough time
has passed to get comments on the changes. But the license reads
VERY MUCH like the MIT/X11 license, with a somewhat more complex
warranty disclaimer and a no-trademark clause. This license is the
poster child for license proliferation. If we approve this license
we will trip many people's bogon detectors.
Recommend: rejection for similarity

Title: Unstructured Operation Markup Language License (UOML)
Submission:
  http://crynwr.com/cgi-bin/ezmlm-cgi?17:mss:153:200803:ajlgmjcdbmmllniijbba
License: http://www.uoml.org/uoml_license.html
Comments: implicitly withdrawn
  http://crynwr.com/cgi-bin/ezmlm-cgi?17:mss:172:200804:ajlgmjcdbmmllniijbba
with further indication that they intend to resubmit here:
  http://crynwr.com/cgi-bin/ezmlm-cgi?17:mss:205:200805:oickiojlgifaibncbpjo
Comments were universally negative, but pointed to use of the SISSL
instead of creating a new license to solve the same problem.
Recommend: return to submittor for modification

Title: Open Source Content License (OSCL)
Submission:
  http://crynwr.com/cgi-bin/ezmlm-cgi?17:mss:164:200803:hmchkepobaccgdbkicbn
License: http://rcbitsolutions.com/oscl
Comments: It's clear from the comments and form of the submission that
the submission is not well-thought-out. A new reciprocal license
must have an extremely good justification, as pointed out by John
Cowan, Andrew Wilson, Matthew Flaschen, and Bruce Perens. No such
was provided. Not to mention that the license was not submitted
  with all the required information.
Recommend: return to sender for their reconsideration

Title: CUA Office Public License
Retirement:
  http://crynwr.com/cgi-bin/ezmlm-cgi?17:mss:202:200804:fgghaoannhjhkokecfjb
Comments: none
Recommend: acceptance, of course, which means sending Patranun the
form for license retirement, which I don't have at my fingers.
