(I'll note that I would have bet that at some point the above would have
contained some CAPITAL LETTERS, and I would not be surprised to learn
that Dave changed them to lower-case because of his vision problems.)

Oh, in what category does the ISC license fall?  In what category will
the NTP license fall?  I'm asking because I want to update the wikipedia
entries for these.
