Good point. The EUPL as it currently stands could be used, like the GPL,
to generate revenue from those who do not wish to be bound to the
copyleft provision. Those folks can buy a commercial license instead.
But the current license would allow the EU to make the reason for buying
a commercial license disappear at any time.
Although this is unattractive, I am not yet clear what part of the OSD
prohibits it.
