Comments: Ernie suggests it be a modification of MIT (but it's not
even close).  Larry asks if anybody is reading these Yet Another
Academic Licenses to make sure they're compliant.  It's clearly an
Open Source License.  License is closest to the last part of the
Python License (CWI License Agreement).
Recommend: approval, placement in non-reusable.
