Deprecate (strongly) Re: REMOVE (entirely) the Artistic License 1.0?

Okay, I've gone ahead and made that change:

http://opensource.org/licenses/artistic-license-1.0.php

As noted elsewhere, this is actually preferable to removing 1.0  
entirely, since it provides a clear statement of what happened and  
why.  So, I consider this matter resolved.
