The OSL does require that you convey the license terms that you received 
to those to whom you further distribute. So, the "transitive" aspect is 
already there. Eben has a special concern, which is that FSF doesn't 
want any terms added to GPL without FSF's authorization, under any 
circumstances, whatever the reason. I have not yet heard a similar 
objection from Larry.

Names are fine. If you craft this correctly, you don't really need OSI 
approval because it would not add requirements to an OSI-approved license.
