I think the rationale you give for the license is fine, but I don't
see the point of the license itself. As far as I can tell you are just
combining a bunch of existing highly permissive permission grants, so
OSI would have to end up examining each of them other than the
Unlicense which has already been approved. As McCoy noted, the
reception of CC0 (over 10 years ago to be sure) was hostile because of
its patent language. I believe WTFPL was submitted but not approved at
one time, I believe essentially for reasons of primness.
