That's ultimately Disney's choice, but looking at the proposed objectively:

- The new license mentions "affiliate" without defining "affiliate" in the
definitions section.
- I too don't get the difference.  In section 4(c) of the Apache License
v2.0 it makes a broad claim about reproducing so its not clear why a
distinction has to be made to only comply with trademarks under 4(c).
