copyleft-next (https://github.com/copyleft-next/copyleft-next/blob/master/Releases/copyleft-next-0.3.1)
has something like this, a "copyleft sunset" provision, whereby the
copyleft conditions of the license cease to apply 15 years after
initial distribution of the work.
