Affero Licence/AGPL

Hi Chris,

I did notice that you had submitted the GPL3 license for approval in
the archives.  Would you be interested in submitting the AGPL3? It
might be better since you are already familiar with the process and
background. I have subscribed to the approval mailing list and could
propose it myself if necessary, other wise I would be there to support
the application.
