A rather nicely done procmail recipe was posted to this mailing
list, a few months back, that _also_ eliminates second-level replies to
someone whose posts one has, for whatever reason, decided not to see.  
I have not implemented it myself, but am sure it will be handy for
people who feel that particular need.
