I don't think so either.  However, I would become inclined to defer
approval until Microsoft clarifies this issue, preferably (but not
necessarily) by clarifying the license itself.

Jim Thatcher, outside counsel for MS, has just posted a clarification
message that primarily addressed binary derivative works.  I have just
asked him to explain in more depth what kinds of licenses are permitted
for source code derivatives.
