The clarification that followed is helpful with regards to proprietary
(distributed as object code only) derivative works.  However, you have
not addressed the issue of source code redistribution in as much detail.
 Is it your interpretation that the license forbids derivative works
distributed in source code form from having a different license (e.g.
GPL) govern the whole?
