For Approval: Microsoft Permissive License

I welcome Microsoft to the OSD process, continue in my opinion that
the MS-PL is an Open Source license, and urge its approval by the
OSI.

I note that because this license creates a separate commons, I would
be reluctant to have OSI approve it on anti-proliferation grounds,
but I believe that this toe-in-the-water deserves to be supported
by the community.
