Restriction on distribution by Novell?

Paragraph 3 pretty much repeats what I quoted from the EULA.

I believe that means, any installation limits found further down
in the text do not apply to e.g. GPLed-components.

Please review and keep me in the loop, if any 
incompatibilities are detected.
