Request to 'retire' SISSL

As I document in more detail on my blog[1], Sun feels it's time to  
retire the SISSL. Please consider this e-mail to be our request to  
place the SISSL license in the "not recommended" list - I'll be  
returning the signed document Laura and her committee have created for  
this purpose next week.
