There's a little more to the mission than that, but the
above is a proper subset.

Just for clarity, I don't think that's at issue.  There is a place
where Bruce -- and anyone/everyone else -- can contribute: the
license-proliferation-discuss mailing list.  I don't think the
point that brought all this up was that Bruce wasn't being
permitted to contribute, but that he wasn't selected for the
committee proper.

I have more to say on the representation issue, but it'll be
in reply to other messages in this thread, where it'll be more
on-topic.
