The Attribution Assurance License also places a very significant restriction
on the form of any binary derivative work:
     2. Redistributions of the Code in binary form must ... each time the
        resulting executable program or a program dependent thereon is
        launched, a prominent display ... of the Author's attribution
        information ...
(ignoring the apparent lack of a verb).

It seems to me the door is open to placing restrictions on distribution
of derivative works.
