Ok, I should add the implicit term "or do not distribute". The logic holds.

Noticed the "now"? Before I was *suggesting* alterations to the OSD, yes. Not
to "accomodate" anything. What you call *my* business model is a speculative
model yet. Because in my view it is not fundamentally against the rationalia
of OSD, and I'm an admirer of open source, an open source user, and an open
source contributor, I thought I'd discussed it here. Fortunately there is
strong indication that most people here didn't get the image of me you did.
Fortunately my image of this forum is not what your reply might impress
either. That said, no offense taken whatsoever.
