[OT] TINLA

To OSI License Discussion subscribers,

Apologies for the off-topic post, but what exactly does 'TINLA' stand 
for? I tried searching the Jargon File, searching Acronym Finder, 
searching NetLingo, and searching Googling but couldn't find a 
definition for it anywhere.

Also, if anyone has a better resource than the above for acronyms, 
please let me in on it!
