Help needed : TTCN parser/compiler

I am looking for a open source parser/compiler that should  generate C code
for TTCN test cases. If anydody know about this pleat let me know the details
of availability and the link from where I can download.
please let me know about any TTCN editor available as freeware

On another tack, does use have to be productive, or could
one cover oneself by running a regression test that excercises
all the code in the US?
