License backlog - OSI is making itself irrellevant

Generally speaking, I agree with Russ.  In this specific case, it does look 
like Open Source to me.  I recommend we vote on this at the next board meeting.

P.S.  I could not attend the last board meeting due to multiple overlapping 
commitments at LinuxWorld in SF -- sorry guys.
