As for SourceForge.net approval of licenses, that is something I could
help with. This goes for anyone else on this list.

As an interim measure to get a project on SourceForge, I'd be able to
look at the license and evaluate it as far as SourceForge.net is concerned.
Please just let me know the request, and that you have filed an application
on SourceForge.net. Also note in the application that you have 
submitted the license to me for review.
