Here's an attempt at addressing the "exception" nature of the license.
I've tried hard to make it work but am worried that you'll still think
it is a license full of exceptions. Let me know if this is
better/worse/doesn't address the issue.

Terms and Conditions

1. You may distribute complete and verbatim copies of this software and
all supporting files, provided that you do so without any charge.
