Sun Community Source License Principles

The following quote is from:

a powerful combination of the best of the proprietary licensing and
the more contemporary open source technology licensing models."

Shouldn´t we ask them to remove that, because the Sun Community
License is not Open-Source? Or can it be a combination of something,
which it isn´t?
