The notification requirement  has been loosened up if I am not
mistaken. It looks as if you would only have to register once to point
out where your FTP site is, and you could then put any number of new
mods there.

I'm a bit jet-lagged from Reykjavik so pardon me if the above has any
errors. I'm in NY and will be back home in California tomorrow.
