[CAVO] Future of California Elections

For many years we have urged FOCE to acknowledge the issue of software and
the open source solutions..

Unfortunately they have been slow to the party so any attendance here would
be great--  I have a conflict but let us know if anyone has time to go and
ask them questions from the audience

They seem to be fairly comfortable with corporate owned software for
elections..
