[CAVO] The effects (?) of trade agreements

Brent, this is interesting. I forwarded it to CAVO@ and license-discuss@ here at OSI. 

 

We have to be careful that nothing in trade agreements or other government policies makes open source more difficult. This article is based on an early WikiLeaks posting about a TISA Agreement not yet negotiated, so all it suggests is that we keep our eyes open.
