[beyond-licensing] Panel Discussion at OSCON EU?

As time runs short, if like to see if we can go with who we have on board
already plus possibly one more.

Karen "from charitable"
Duane "from corporate"
Deb Bryant "OSI board member - public policy"
Stefano (if he is willing) "from education and the Debian
development/contibutor community"

As chair of the working group, I'd be happy to moderate.
