Caveats:

   - Lots of thinking there. Happy to summarize/answer questions here if it
   would be helpful.
   - Lots of older thinking there: this was all written in 2007.
   - Lots of broken links in the wiki because of the move to /Attic/ ; if
   anyone has suggestions for good personal wiki SaaS I could migrate this to
   I'm all ears. :)

There is also the Franklin Street Statement, somewhat ironically no longer
available at the original domain because, well, self-hosted services, even
if free, maybe aren't that reliable:
