Additionally, the license should be modified to make clear that the preamble is non-operative.<br><br>Some people on this list have expressed that some non-operative preambles could preclude a license from being OSD compliant. It complies with all terms of the Open Source Definition, the suggested tag is ADVPL. Currently no significant projects use it, although there is intent once it's approved.<br></div></div>
