    It appears that the section titled "Program Publisher Specification"
    is a mandatory requirement to track users (sec. 13) and to make
    available a public database of who those users are (sec 14). This is
    strongly inconsistent with open source principles.<br>
    <br>
    Section 16 allows revocation of the license granted to derivative
    works. This also is a grave offense to open source principles.<br>
    <br>
    This license should not be approved.<br>
