Heartily seconded, especially that legal education isn't a<br>
requirement. I've had legal education, and conversations<br>
with folks who haven't are by far my most valuable.<br>

That implication doesn't follow. I fear it could set the<br>
org up for a legitimacy crisis.<br>

Some folks don't participate precisely out of frustration<br>
with the process. Some folks don't participate here because<br>
of the time required. Some folks don't participate here<br>
because they don't care whether OSI approves a license. OSI<br>
doesn't represent those people, because representation isn't<br>
about what folks on this list say about folks who aren't.<br>
It's about what folks who aren't on this list say about what<br>
goes on without them.<br>
