against a legal text which should be judged as is, not because of
(possibly not entirely unwarranted, speaking in corporate terms)
reservations on the proponent's intent in submitting or later
using the license.</blockquote></div><br></div><div class="gmail_extra">It is my job to moderate, and I agree with Carlo here - the attitude is out of line, Chris. I don't particularly like Oracle (really quite enjoyed embarrassing Oracle's legal team on Google's behalf a few years ago :) but this list should remain professional in tone. <br>
