[License-review] For Approval: OpenMDW License Agreement, versions 1.1 (OpenMDW-1.1)

Dear Preston,

This is not something that can be easily thrown in as a "by the way" ;-)

It's a hell of an important issue and whichever decision would bring unintended consequences. We have discussed internally many times and for the time being we defaulted to not take any action, even though revising ALL the approved licenses (which we have done recently), some approved licenses, fortunately some seldom if at all used, leave licensing experts scratching their heads as to how the heck...

But please do not digress in an already very wide and hard to follow thread.
